Bookings & requests
From first message to confirmed show: date, fee, rider, contract and payout in one pipeline.
AI: reads booking emails and fills in the details.
Life OS for Artists is an AI-assisted workspace for independent DJs, artists and small booking teams. Booking requests, label contacts, gig calendar, invoices and email, in one place. AI does the sorting and drafting. You stay in control.
AI pulled the details from the promoter's email and drafted a reply. Waiting for your approval.
Independent artists run a small business on the side: bookings, contracts, label pitches, travel, invoices, taxes. It all lives in DMs, inboxes, spreadsheets and notes apps. Follow-ups slip, fees get lost, and time for music shrinks.
Every booking means the same back-and-forth: date, fee, rider, travel, invoice. We see it from the promoter side at every Insider event we book.
Requests become structured bookings, contacts keep their history, deadlines show up on time, and replies are drafted for you to approve.
Six planned modules. These describe the product we're building, not features that are publicly available today.

We plan to build the AI layer of Life OS for Artists on the Claude API by Anthropic. Artist admin is mostly unstructured language: emails, DMs, contracts and riders. That's where a strong language model saves real time.
Status: planned. Claude is not yet integrated into a public artist product.
Insider Bern has booked DJs and produced events for more than three years. We know the workflow from the promoter side, and we have a network of local artists to test with.
Build the core on our own private Life OS prototype and test it on Insider's real booking and event work.
Invite DJs and small booking teams from our network, with consent, and measure the time saved on admin.
Offer Life OS for Artists more broadly to independent artists and small agencies.
Independent DJs and producers, emerging artists, and small booking teams or managers handling a few acts.
A monthly subscription per artist or team, to be tested in the pilot. No pricing or customers yet.
Built by people who book artists and run events, around the real day-to-day of live music.
You're a DJ, artist or booker and want to shape the pilot? Or you'd like to collaborate? Write to us.
